About Sapphire Heart…
Sapphire Heart provides trauma-informed grief support rooted in lived experience, compassionate presence, and meaningful connection. My role is not to fix grief, but to walk alongside you as you navigate your unique journey.
I am a Certified Grief Educator through the David Kessler Grief Educator Certification Program and volunteer in grief support groups, supporting individuals as they process loss and find meaning after loss.
My passion for this work comes from my own experiences with profound loss, including suicide loss and the loss of a parent. Through those experiences, I came to understand the unique complexity of grief and suicide bereavement. It often brings questions, stigma, and misunderstandings that can leave people feeling especially alone in their grief.
Because of this, I am particularly passionate about supporting those impacted by suicide loss while welcoming anyone navigating grief, loss, and life's difficult transitions.
Whether your loss is recent or long ago, expected or sudden, deeply recognized or quietly carried, you don't have to carry it alone.
“Grief is not letting go of love, it’s learning to carry it differently”
